Based in EPS’s Independence, Ohio headquarters and reporting to the EPS Group Controller, the EPS Group Financial Analyst(s) will have direct responsibility for providing daily support related to the overall day to day operations of the EPS financial and accounting matters. This includes providing strong financial and operational analysis, interfacing with personnel in all functional responsibilities of the business and solving problems of a very complex nature including analysis of alternative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains standard EPS Group financial reporting.
• Develops and maintains in depth analysis of EPS Group financial results.
• Ensures monthly closing process occurs as defined by company policy.
• Manages the group level ASAT and audit processes.
• Partners with the EPS Group Controller to manage key components of the EPS annual budget including the capital budget.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual operating budget.
• Provides planning and analytical support to the EPS Group management and project teams.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by EPS Group Controller (e.g., lead special projects, EPS metrics)

Basic Qualifications The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with manufacturing knowledge, accounting policy and procedure knowledge with well developed analytical and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate’s education credentials are likely to include a Bachelor’s degree in the accounting, finance or business.
