This positions responsibilities include:
• Manage People initiatives. Ensure that they are implemented, sustained and aligned with the business strategy.
• Drive Talent Management processes at the manufacturing site level
• Manage and enhance key Performance management process and coach managers to drive talent development to include the leverage of executive education.
• Drive initiatives that ensure change management/continuous improvement/organizational effectiveness/ organizational development
• Coordinate Succession Planning and People movement within operations
• Develop and coach OD/OE methodology (competency assessments, role profiles, 360 feedback, etc.) and systems for rapid and sustainable cultural change. Partner with managers and provide Organizational development/design solutions that drive employee engagement, i.e. problem solving, 1st line supervisor role change
• Consult and partner with internal business partners regarding talent & organizational capability issues and recommend/deploy appropriate solutions
• Track and Analyze talent management trends and provide recommendations to address gaps and forecasts against workforce plans
• Manage Campus Partnership Program within BU
Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or a related field of study
* 7 or more years of well rounded Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment to include 5 or more years experience in Organizational Development or Learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications Additional qualifications include:
* PHR, SPHR, MA & MBA preferred
* Results driven in a fast paced environment
